After breakfast, head to Dali Shuanglang to visit the renowned dance artist Yang Liping’s private villa, the Sun Palace, located on Yuji Island by the shores of Erhai Lake. Enjoy afternoon tea with sea views at the Sun Palace, and each person will receive a beautiful silk scarf inspired by one of Ms. Yang Liping’s paintings. Later, visit the well-preserved Lijiang Ancient Town and Square Street, which has the unique characteristics of “small bridges, flowing water, and family residences”.

H: Lijiang Gelle Freres Garden Hotel or SML

After breakfast, we will visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Scenic Area and take the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Cableway to the Glacier Park, which is situated at an altitude of 4500 meters above sea level. This park offers the best opportunity to experience snow as it remains snow-covered during autumn and winter seasons. Thereafter, you will visit the Blue Moon Valley (including a tram ride), also known as the “Little Jiuzhaigou”. Next, enjoy an ecological stage performance, <Impression of Lijiang>, directed by the renowned Chinese director, Zhang Yimou. We will then explore the Jade Water Village, the pristine and beautiful water source of Lijiang.

1) In case of heavy snowfall or other unforeseen circumstances that cause the closure of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Cableway, it will be replaced by the Yunshanping Cableway. No compensation will be offered for any other arrangements.

2) The <Impression of Lijiang> performance is a complimentary item, and there will be no replacement in the event of cancellation, with or without prior notice.

H: Lijiang Gelle Freres Garden Hotel or SML 

After breakfast, we will head to the pristine realm of Shangri-La, the Balagezong Scenic Area (including an eco-friendly vehicle ride), protected by the sacred mountains and holy waters. We will experience Tibetan ethnic culture and visit the “Millennium Sacred Tree”, the Phoenix Bodhi Tree. Next, we will explore Bala Village, also known as the “Peach Blossom Spring” of the world. After lunch, we will visit the unique 21-degree Mother Sutra Hall, Dolma Lakang. We will then walk along the suspended Echo Wall High-Altitude Glass Skywalk, with a nearly 1000-meter vertical drop (excluding the slide ride). Then, arrive at the Glass Viewing Platform with the highest altitude and vertical drop in China, where we can enjoy breathtaking views of the nearby Shangri-La Grand Canyon. Afterward, we will proceed to Shangri-La and check into the hotel for a well-deserved rest

H: Shangri-La Yijin Muyun Hotel or SML

After breakfast, we will indulge in a Tibetan Costume Show (with one set of Tibetan clothing provided per person). Dressed in traditional Tibetan attire, you will have the opportunity to experience the life of Tibetans. Together with the locals, we will immerse in the blend of devotion and freedom as we explore the Dukezong Ancient Town. Here, you can also visit the world’s largest prayer wheel. Next, we will tour the Dali Ancient City (excluding tram ride) which boasts over 600 years of history. The ancient city has attracted foreigners from various countries, resulting in the formation of the famous “Foreigners Street”.

H: Dali Shuiyun Shuyuan Classic Hotel or SML

After breakfast, we will take a high-speed train to Mile and visit the mysterious “Kaleidoscope” castle - the Dongfeng Yun Scenic Area (including an electric car ride). Then, we will explore the “Kaleidoscope Art Gallery” and the “Agricultural Museum” created by the renowned sculptor Luo Xu, immersing ourselves in the historical imprints of the 1950s red brick era. Coupled with the vibrant seasonal flower seas within the scenic area, it is undoubtedly a must-visit spot for photography enthusiasts. After dinner, we will return to the hotel to relax and enjoy the hot spring facilities.

Note: The hotel provides public hot springs. If you plan to use them, please bring your own swimwear and swim cap.

H: Mile Argyle Hotel or SML

After breakfast, we will visit the Taiping Lake Forest Park (including a sightseeing small train ride), where we will encounter various earth art landscapes created with colorful plants, such as the Taiping Princess and the unique “Deserted Cactus Kingdom” at the Stone Forest Park. After lunch, we will head to Kunming and visit the Kunming Old Street and the popular Nanqiang Market. The Nanqiang Market has been transformed into a fashionable district and also enjoying street art performances and gaining insights into the local customs and traditions.

H: Kunming Golden Eagle Hotel or SML

After breakfast, we will visit Daguan Park, renowned for its long colonnade of iconic Chinese buildings. Here, you can experience the beauty of different flower seasons throughout the year: admire tulips in spring, lotus flowers in summer, chrysanthemums in golden autumn, and witness the arrival of winter red-billed gulls. After lunch, we will proceed to the airport at the designated time for your flight back to Malaysia.
