Entertaining, knowledgeable informations, punctual, good meal and accommodations

Tour guide and tour leader took care of tour group very well. Will always render help to take pictures, push luggage and ensure all meals are served properly. Tour bus was exceptional clean and well maintained with friendly driver.

Compared with previous tours, including with other travel agencies, I appreciate the arrival snack. Saved me the trouble of having to look for food on the day of arrival. The tour guide is excellent and knowledgeable and helpful. The itinerary is extensive yet relaxing. We even managed to see sites not listed on the itinerary. The hotels are nice and the rooms are mostly larger then expected.

Places visited were not the usual spots that tourists would go to, felt like a local was bringing me around.

The meal planned was delicious! The tour guide was very knowledgeable with Japanese culture, very friendly and helpful. He sincerely takes care of the us and is able to maintain good relationships with us for the whole trip.
