This morning, visit Salamanca Market to shop for food, souvenirs, clothes, and accessories. Thereafter, travel to Tasman Peninsula and head to Port Arthur, widely regarded as Australia’s most intriguing historic site. Take a tour around the sprawling site for insights into the hardships endured by the convicts in the past. This will be followed by a cruise taking you past historic buildings and ruins set amongst beautiful gardens.

Head to 41° South Tasmania, where you will embark on a guided tour of the freshwater salmon ponds and get to savour smoked salmon. Visit Ashgrove Cheese Dairy Door to view the production of this well–loved dairy product and savour different types of cheese including the delectable chilli cheese. Lastly, visit The House of Anvers for a guided tour of the museum of chocolate.
